We had a really good pick on the Chargers on Monday night. We liked them at home getting points. It seems like the three times at home they’ve gotten points they either have won or kept it super tight. We’re pretty sure the sportsbooks may not give them points at home anymore. They know how to step up for those games. If the Chargers have points at home you may want to consider it.
For today we have a couple of baseball and Hockey games.
The first pitch of the day is between the Cardinals and the Dodgers. We think the series ends here. The Cardinals go in for the kill at +155. They have the momentum and it looks like they finish this off. In baseball this happens a lot. You would think the Dodgers rally, but the steam is gone. Take the Cards.
The second game of the day will take us to Detroit. It looks like the momentum has shifted in this series as well. We like the Red Sox to go up 3-1 tonight. The pitchers have done well, but we think this game has a lot of hits finally. We all want hits at this point. Take the Boston Red Sox at +115.
We do have a couple of hockey games tonight. The first game is between the New York Rangers visiting the Washington Capitals. Both teams haven’t done very well so far, but one team scores more than the other. We think the Caps win this one at -150. Take the home team. The other night they covered the -1.5 and it made +175. We’ll keep that streak going.
We’ve placed bets against the Calgary Flames already and we are going to do it again tonight. The Anaheim Ducks are playing pretty well early on and should be able to take down the Flames. Look for them to win outright with a -200 moneyline.
There is one MLS game we do like tonight. We have the Los Angeles Galaxy travelling to the Montreal Impact. The impact won’t be ready for the Galaxy. We are taking the -1 spread. -220 for the win is fine as well. Whatever works for your money management.
We’ll be back tomorrow with more picks and get into some more football. Have a great hump day.
