The baseball playoffs are here and Hockey kicked off some opening games yesterday. Where do we go from here? We’ll be discussing both of those as well as the Presidents Cup. We had a nice win the other night when the Rays traveled to Texas and took care of business. This is where we are looking today as well.
We are going to get things rolling with the one baseball play of the day. We are riding the momentum of the Tampa Bay Rays at -125 going to Cleveland. This should be a tight game, but the Rays are showing that they are a contender. Stick with the Rays.
The next selection is in soccer. We like Manchester City on the road against FC Bayern Muchen. They are at +220. Although this may end in a tie we like them in this match. If they can get on the board early it will make things seem easy.
We now get into a couple of hockey picks. The first one is the Philadelphia Flyers at home against the Toronto Maple Leafs. This could be a high scoring affair, but the Flyers will be ready for their home opener.
The Detroit Red Wings may be in for a suprise when Buffalo comes to town. The first game jitters will be in play. The Wings will knock off the Sabers at -200.
The Presidents Cup kicks of tomorrow and it should carry some dramatic action. The golf season is definitely winding down, but there is still something to play for. This time it’s for honor in representing your country. Some big names are going into this event on both teams. The US definitely is the favorite, but the International players have some strong players as well. They could sneak up and take this away from the US.
We are taking the US at -350. There is too much strength on their side for them not to win. In the end, it could be tight, but the US should take it down.
