We had an interesting day yesterday, but it wasn’t exactly perfect. We will do our best today to find some really good picks. We had a great NBA day, but our NHL picks were off. This may have been caused by over anxious rivalry picks at home.
Today, we have our NFL pick and a College football play. We’ll break down some NBA and NHL action as well.
It’s hard not to go with the Saints. On the road however, in Atlanta giving 9 points is a bit much. Atlanta is due for a solid outing. Although there season is over, the question remains, do they lay down and have the Saints run all over them or do they go for the major upset? We like Atlanta here at home in prime-time. We liked Tampa Bay against Carolina in prime-time at home and they got slaughtered. For some reason this spread is too much not to jump on. Take the Falcons at home at +9. If the game stays under the 53, then Atlanta will have a chance to win outright.
The college play tonight is on Central Florida at home against Rutgers. CFU knows how to play football and they know how to win. We think they bring the house and take Rutgers out early. Take the -17 and look for a high scoring affair.
There are only two games on in the NBA tonight. A huge match up between Oklahoma City and the Clippers. We like the Thunder, but the Clippers are getting 5.5 points. ATS, the Clippers have shown up. Ride Blake and Paul.
The Chicago Bulls are only favored by one point on the road in Denver. We think this is a test to all gamblers. We aren’t falling for it. We are taking the Bulls.
On the ice we like the Boston Bruins at home at -120 against the Blues.
We also like the Stars -120 at home against the Rangers. Look for a lot of goals here.
Consider the Avalanche on the road in Phoenix. Take the winning teams until they start losing. They are +110. Both teams are solid in this match-up.
Our one soccer pick is on Manchester City U21 vs. Stoke City U21. We like Manchester City at -155.
