All Kinds of Sports Action

We are in that time of year where almost every sport is in play. We have baseball, football, basketball, soccer and Hockey. It’s almost overload at this point. However, through it all we will find some picks for you.

Today we are just going to break down our picks of the day. There is no need to talk about the past.

We’ll start with baseball. The momentum has shifted heavily to the Red Sox. It’s hard not to go with them in this one. We are looking for the Red Sox to win the series tonight at -117.

We do have one College football game between the Cincinnati Bearcats and Memphis. Both teams aren’t that great, but at -3 on the road we think Cincinnati finishes off Memphis pretty easily.

The NBA kicked off it’s season openers yesterday. We liked the Heat a lot and we like them again tonight. Even though they are on the road. They should be able to take out the Sixers relatively easy. We are on the -12 point spread on the road.

Although it is early to tell who will win games on the first game of the season, you just have to use your instincts. Tonight the depleted Boston Celtics travel to Toronto. We like Toronto in this game 1 at -8. It could be close early, but down the stretch the Raptors should get it done.

The Wizards on the road. Hmm, take the Pistons at -3.5 and walk away. It’s much easier to take the home team in this game than risk your money on the Wizards.

Our last basketball pick is on the San Antonio Spurs. We like them at home at -5 against the Memphis Grizzlies. Although they are older, they still should pull off the win.

We also like Dallas at -5, and the New York Knicks at -8.

We do have one hockey game that we are following. We like the Calgary Flames at home against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Take the -110.

Our one soccer play comes from the England – English Capital One Cup. We have Newcastle United coming to Manchester City. It’s odd, but we are going with a draw in this one at +300. Should you not feel comfortable with it, take the City at -180.

We’ll be back tomorrow with even more picks.
